Write to hello@elaeris-app.com and a person will answer, usually within two working days. Tell us which iPhone you have and what happened, and we will take it from there.
If things feel too much right now
Elæris is not a crisis service, and email is too slow when you need someone now. If you are in danger, call 999 in the UK, or your local emergency number. In the UK and Ireland you can call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time. Anywhere else, findahelpline.com lists free, confidential helplines near you. Inside the app, If things feel too much is always open, with or without a membership.
The free week
Choose a plan and the first 7 days are free, with everything open. If you do not want to go on, cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends and you will not be charged.
Cancelling
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Elæris. Or in Elæris, go to You, then Membership, then Manage or cancel. Your membership stays open until the end of the time already paid for.
Restoring a membership
If you change or reset your phone, open Elæris and tap Restore purchases, on the membership page or the first page you see. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Refunds
Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Elæris. If something in the app went wrong, tell us as well, so we can put it right.
A new phone
What you keep in Elæris is held on your phone only, so it does not move to a new phone by itself. Your membership does: sign in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. Before you change phones, keep your own copy of what you wrote: You, then Privacy and your data, then Export a copy.
Deleting your data
Go to You, then Privacy and your data. You can delete one kind of thing, such as your journal, or Delete everything, which removes it all from your phone. We hold nothing of yours, so there is nothing for us to delete.
Text that is too small, or moves too much
Go to You, then Text and motion. Elæris also follows the text size and Reduce Motion set for your whole phone.
Reminders
Reminders are optional. Go to You, then Notifications to choose when, or to turn them off. If none arrive, check that notifications are allowed for Elæris in your phone's Settings.
Something is not working
Close Elæris fully and open it again, and make sure your phone has the latest iOS. If it still goes wrong, write to us. From inside a practice, Report a problem with this practice sends us its name, so we know exactly where to look.
